Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and grow the business by acquiring and retaining high profile clients in the Interior Design industry, with a focus on High Commercial and High Hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and work with marketing and management to develop sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and implementation.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
- Work with management to develop sales strategies to grow the business.
- Track key performance indicators such as leads generated, deals closed and revenue.
- Innovate and manage the sales process to attract and close new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and research existing markets to expand client base.
- Work with the growth team to align sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present customised sales proposals to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service through proactive client follow ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Well connected with access to target market networks.
- Prior experience in the Interior Design industry is preferred.
- Sound judgement and thorough understanding of growth procedures.
