Job Description

Adron Homes and Properties is looking for a talented and experienced Cinematographer & Content Creator to join our team. This role is key to producing high quality video content that will boost our marketing, branding and real estate promotional efforts across Nigeria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing great visual stories through ground and aerial videography, editing engaging content for digital platforms and working closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Video Production: Produce videos for events, marketing campaigns, branding initiatives and real estate property promotions.
Camera & Drone Operation: Operate cameras and drones (DJI) to get aerial and ground level shots of properties and events.
Editing: Edit raw footage into polished content for social media, website and other digital channels using professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing and branding team to conceptualize and execute content ideas that align with company goals.
Event Coverage: Film site inspections, property launches, client testimonials and corporate events to create visual narratives.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all camera and drone equipment is well maintained and functioning to avoid downtime.
Deadline Management: Deliver projects on time with high quality and minimal supervision.

Requirements

Proven experience in cinematography, content creation and video editing with a strong portfolio or showreel.
Professional drone operation skills with experience in DJI or similar drone systems.
Proficiency in video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Good storytelling ability with an eye for composition, lighting and visual aesthetics.
Can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Based in or willing to work from any of the listed locations across Nigeria.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
