Counter-Notification
If you think material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must have:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
